It is necessary to cultivate excellent normal - major students with sound theory, broad width of knowl- edge, strong ability, innovation spirit and high quality. The system of normal ability cultivation can be concluded as follows ： one goal, two kinds of ability, three ways, and five kinds of assessments. Building of teaching teams of normal ability can form effective operation system of teachers and students, in - class and outside - class, in - school and outside school system and assessment. It has been proved that, only by innovating education courses and building perfect training system, can we cultivate excellent students with qualities mentioned above.
