低碳发展是经济的未来主流趋势。对于处于经济发展特殊阶段的广西而言，绿色贷款将是其碳金融产品发展的重点。现阶段广西绿色贷款存在较大的违约风险，针对这一特点，本文利用美式看跌期权定价公式以及博弈论来考虑绿色贷款价值，并利用一个广西的案例验证上述研究的正确性。

The development in Low-carbon is the economic main trend in the future. In the economic develop- ment of the particular stage of Guangxi is concerned, green loan will be one of the most important carbon finance prod- ucts. At present, there is big default risk for green loans in Guangxi, so this paper researches the value of green loan by using the American put option pricing formula and game theory, then verifies a case of Guangxi.
