针对变频空调永磁同步单转子压缩机低频运行时负载转矩不稳定,导致振动大的特点。本文首先分析永磁同步单转子压缩机的工作原理和负载转矩变化特点,根据负载变化规律提出采用前馈控制和反馈控制相结合的方法有效降低低频运行时的振动。根据负载周期变化特点设计前馈函数,根据压缩机工作的址缩半周期和吸气半周期的运行时间差作为反馈,利用最优控制方法调节前馈补偿参数。通过灾验测试验证:本方法可以有效降低永磁同步单转子压缩机低频运行时的振动,降低空调噪音,提高用户舒适性。

When the inverter air conditioner permanent magnet synchronous single rotor compressor in a low frequency operation, the load torque is of instability, resulting in a big vibration. Focusing on this problem, this paper analyzes the working principle of the permanent magnet synchronous single rotor compressor and the changing characteristics of the load torque, and according to the changing pattern of the load torque, the paper proposes the method of the combination of feed forward control and feedback control, so as to reduce efficiently the vibration of low frequency operation. Additional, it designs the feed forward function basing on the changing characteristics of load cycle, and it makes use of the method of optima] control to adjust the feedforward compensation parameters basing on the feedback about the differences of the run time between the compressor work's compression half cycle and inhale ha]f cycle. Verified by the experiments, this paper comes to the conclusion that, this control method can effectively reduce the vibration when the permanent magnet synchronous single rotor compressor is in the low-frequency operation, lower the noise of air condition and improve the comfort of users.
