【目的】探讨万寿菊中色素的最佳提取工艺。[方法】对万寿菊进行色素提取方案比较,确定最佳提取剂、料液比、浸提时间及浸提次数。【结果】色素在二元混合溶剂中提取率比单溶刺中高,较适宜的溶剂为石油醚:乙醇(3:2)的混合试剂;色素的最佳提取次数为3次,最适宜的料液比为1:15,每次最适宜的浸提时间为2.5h;万寿菊原料易得,色素提取工艺简单、能耗低、效率高、生产过程无污染。【结论】用石油醚:乙醇(3:2)作提取剂时提取万寿菊色素的效果最好,提取时的料液比为1:15,其提取次数为3次,时间为2.5h。

【목적】탐토만수국중색소적최가제취공예。[방법】대만수국진행색소제취방안비교,학정최가제취제、료액비、침제시간급침제차수。【결과】색소재이원혼합용제중제취솔비단용자중고,교괄의적용제위석유미:을순(3:2)적혼합시제;색소적최가제취차수위3차,최괄의적료액비위1:15,매차최괄의적침제시간위2.5h;만수국원료역득,색소제취공예간단、능모저、효솔고、생산과정무오염。【결론】용석유미:을순(3:2)작제취제시제취만수국색소적효과최호,제취시적료액비위1:15,기제취차수위3차,시간위2.5h。
[Objective] The aim was to study the problems in the application of natural dye. [Method] A proposal for extraction of pigment in marigold was offered. The best extraction agent, the most suitable solid-liquid ratio and the mostappropriate extraction time were determined. [Resultl The results showed that : the extraction rate of pigment was higher in binary mixed solvent than in single solven. The more suitable solvent was the mixed solvent which ratio of petroleum ether and ethanol was 3:2. The pigment should be extracted triple, the most suitable solid-liquid ratio was 1:15, and the most appropriate extraction time was 2.5 h. The material was easy of access, and extraction process was simple and highly efficient. It had low energy consumption and no pollution. [Conclusion] The best result would appear by utilizing the mixed solvent which ratio of petroleum ether and ethanol was 3:2. solid-liquid ratio was 1:15, the pigment should be extracted triple, and each time costed 2.5 h.
