采用粉末注射成形(Powder Injection Molding,PIM)工艺制备陶瓷金卤灯(Ceramic Metal Halide,CMH)用半透明氧化铝电弧管,介绍陶瓷管的结构设计,并对相应的PIM工艺进行研究,分析材料的显微结构,测试材料的光学性能,并对制备的电弧管进行了装灯测试和性能评估。

The Powder Injection Molding(PIM) technique has been employed to fabricate translucent alumina arc tubes of ceramic metal halide lamps(CMH).The proper geometry design of the arc tubes is introduced and the related PIM processes are investigated.The microstructures and the optical properties of the sintered alumina are analyzed.Finally the fabricated arc tubes are assembled for CMH to test and evaluate the performance.
