以红提为试验材料,利用LI-6400便携式光合仪在露地和简易棚2种栽培条件下,测定葡萄叶片的净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度等参数。结果表明:避雨栽培降低了葡萄叶片的净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度和叶室内部光强,降幅分别为14.06%、7.46%和41.72%,与露地栽培相比,差异均达到了极显著水平。避雨栽培提高了葡萄叶片的蒸腾速率,升幅为0.50%;降低了葡萄叶面温度,降幅为0.71%,与露地栽培相比差异不显著。

이홍제위시험재료,이용LI-6400편휴식광합의재로지화간역붕2충재배조건하,측정포도협편적정광합속솔、포간CO2농도등삼수。결과표명:피우재배강저료포도협편적정광합속솔、포간CO2농도화협실내부광강,강폭분별위14.06%、7.46%화41.72%,여로지재배상비,차이균체도료겁현저수평。피우재배제고료포도협편적증등속솔,승폭위0.50%;강저료포도협면온도,강폭위0.71%,여로지재배상비차이불현저。
The grape variety of Hongti was used to study the influence of rainproof cultivation on photosynthetic characteristics of grape leaves by using the LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system in this paper.The results showed that there were highly significant differences on the net photosynthetic rate,the intercellular CO2 concentration of grape leaves and the in-chamber quantum sensor under rainproof cultivation and at outdoor. The leaves infected percentage of net photosynthetic rate was reduced by 14.06%,the intercellular CO2 concentration was decreased by 7.46%,and the in-chamber quantum sensor was also reduced by 41.72%under rainproof cultivation.The transpiration rate of grape leaves and leaf temperature had no significant differences under two growing conditions ,which were only by 0.50%and 0.71%.
