采用菌丝生长速率法测定了戊唑醇、三唑酮、速克灵、多菌灵、扑海因和咪鲜胺等6种杀菌剂对纹枯病菌的室内抑制效果。结果表明:在供试的6种杀菌剂中,三唑酮对纹枯病菌的EC50值最小,对玉米纹枯病菌、小麦纹枯病菌和水稻纹枯病菌的EC50值分别为0.1743、0.1958 mg/L和0.1940 mg/L。
採用菌絲生長速率法測定瞭戊唑醇、三唑酮、速剋靈、多菌靈、撲海因和咪鮮胺等6種殺菌劑對紋枯病菌的室內抑製效果。結果錶明:在供試的6種殺菌劑中,三唑酮對紋枯病菌的EC50值最小,對玉米紋枯病菌、小麥紋枯病菌和水稻紋枯病菌的EC50值分彆為0.1743、0.1958 mg/L和0.1940 mg/L。
채용균사생장속솔법측정료무서순、삼서동、속극령、다균령、복해인화미선알등6충살균제대문고병균적실내억제효과。결과표명:재공시적6충살균제중,삼서동대문고병균적EC50치최소,대옥미문고병균、소맥문고병균화수도문고병균적EC50치분별위0.1743、0.1958 mg/L화0.1940 mg/L。
The virulences of diniconazoleon,procymidone,triadimefon,carbendazim,iprodione and prochloraz against Rhizoctonia spp were tested by mycelial growth rate method.The results showed that the EC50 of triadimefon against Rhizoctonia spp was the smallest,and the EC50 against Rhizoctonia solani,Rhizoctonia cerealis and Rhizoctonia solani was 0.174 3 mg/L,0.195 8 mg/L and 0.194 0 mg/L respectivly.
