随着各个高校的扩招，研究生的规模越来越大，但研究生的就业问题也日益突出。面对严峻的就业形势，工科研究生因其人际交往简单，信息获取渠道较窄，容易面临求职困惑，分析了不同类型的求职困惑，找出研究生求职中的四大关键能力，在此基础上介绍了基于“能力套餐”的工科研究生职业辅导方式，为研究生的职业辅导提供了一个新思路。

With the increasing of enrollment, more and more graduate are studying in college, but they also face with the problem to get a job. Faced with a tough job market, the engineering graduate student, who lack interpersonal skill and job information, are meeting with many difficulty. In this paper, it give out four key abilities to find jobs, and show a new way for career guidance based on ability package.
