根据低碳绿色城市的发展目标、关键问题和重点领域,从经济低碳化、社会低碳化、资源低碳化、设施低碳化、环境友好化、环境绿色化6个方面构建了低碳绿色指数的综合评价指标体系。运用主客观组合赋权法,对我国GDP值前110强地级以上城市的低碳绿色发展格局及其差异进行了分析。结果表明:低碳绿色发展水平普遍不高,城市之间存在差异;低碳绿色指数在空间格局上是东高中低、西部居中,沿海高于内地;不同区域、规模、财富、职能的低碳绿色指数及各分指数之间都存在一定的差异;人口规模、贫富水平分别与低碳绿色指数间均是弱相关关系;人口城市化、土地城市化、第二产业比重、服务业比重、能源强度分别与低碳绿色指数间依次是无、弱负、极弱负向、弱、中等负向的相关关系;低碳绿色发展各个方面不够平衡,一些欠缺有待弥补。

근거저탄록색성시적발전목표、관건문제화중점영역,종경제저탄화、사회저탄화、자원저탄화、설시저탄화、배경우호화、배경록색화6개방면구건료저탄록색지수적종합평개지표체계。운용주객관조합부권법,대아국GDP치전110강지급이상성시적저탄록색발전격국급기차이진행료분석。결과표명:저탄록색발전수평보편불고,성시지간존재차이;저탄록색지수재공간격국상시동고중저、서부거중,연해고우내지;불동구역、규모、재부、직능적저탄록색지수급각분지수지간도존재일정적차이;인구규모、빈부수평분별여저탄록색지수간균시약상관관계;인구성시화、토지성시화、제이산업비중、복무업비중、능원강도분별여저탄록색지수간의차시무、약부、겁약부향、약、중등부향적상관관계;저탄록색발전각개방면불구평형,일사흠결유대미보。
Based on the development of low carbon green city, the comprehen-sive evaluation index system on low carbon green index was designed from 6 as-pects as economic low carbon process, society low carbon process, resource low carbon process, facility low carbon process, environment-friendly process, en-vironmental greening process. The patterns and differences of low carbon green development for the top 110 cities in China were analyzed, by using combina-tion of subjective and objective weighting method. Results indicated that: All of the low carbon green development level did not high, and it existed differ-ences among cities; The spatial pattern of low carbon green index lied in that east region was high, middle region was low, western region was placed in the middle, and coastal region was higher than mainland; The differences existed in different regional, scale, wealth, functions on low carbon green index and each sub index; The relation between population scale, wealth level and low carbon green index was respectively all weak correlation; The relation between population urbanization, land urbanization, second industry proportion, ser-vices proportion, energy strength and low carbon green index was respectively no, weak and negative, very weak and negative, weak, moderate and negative correlation; Various aspects of low carbon green development were not bal-anced, some weak points should be overcame.
