职业技能培养是师范专业教学计划的核心目标之一。化学师范生职业技能培养包括了实验技能、教学技能和教学研究能力的培养三个方面。探讨化学师范生如何通过教育实习来提高实验技能、教学技能和教学研究能力,分析顶岗实习、置换培训模式的有效性、可行性,并指出在实施这项工作的过程中出现的主要问题及相应对策。

Vocational training is one of the key goals in education program for normal students. The training skill of students majoring chemistry includes experiment skill, teaching skill and teaching-researching skill. The paper is about how to improve the experiment skill, teaching skill and teaching-researching ability by educational experience. The feasibility of in-post practice and replacement training is analyzed, and major problems occurring in the implementation would be discussed then appropriate measurements are proposed.
