Stenolomachusanum (Linn.) Ching in Sinensia%water extracts%antioxidation effect
目的:研究乌蕨水部位的体内抗氧化作用.方法:采用小鼠CCl4损伤模型,观察乌蕨水部位的抗氧化作用,测定乌蕨对小鼠血液中SOD、GSH-PX酶活性、MDA含量的影响.结果:乌蕨可降低血清中MDA含量(P<0.01),提高小鼠的血清SOD酶(P<0.01)、全血GSH-PX酶的活力(P<0.05).结论:表明乌蕨水部位具有体内抗氧化活性.
目的:研究烏蕨水部位的體內抗氧化作用.方法:採用小鼠CCl4損傷模型,觀察烏蕨水部位的抗氧化作用,測定烏蕨對小鼠血液中SOD、GSH-PX酶活性、MDA含量的影響.結果:烏蕨可降低血清中MDA含量(P<0.01),提高小鼠的血清SOD酶(P<0.01)、全血GSH-PX酶的活力(P<0.05).結論:錶明烏蕨水部位具有體內抗氧化活性.
목적:연구오궐수부위적체내항양화작용.방법:채용소서CCl4손상모형,관찰오궐수부위적항양화작용,측정오궐대소서혈액중SOD、GSH-PX매활성、MDA함량적영향.결과:오궐가강저혈청중MDA함량(P<0.01),제고소서적혈청SOD매(P<0.01)、전혈GSH-PX매적활력(P<0.05).결론:표명오궐수부위구유체내항양화활성.
Objective:To study the antioxidation effect invivo of Stenolomachusanum (Linn.) Ching in Sinensia. Methods: The rats were fed different doses of water extracts of Stenolomachusanum (Linn.) Ching in Sinensia, and recorded the SOD activity, GSH-PX activity and MDA content in the serum of ICR mice. Results: The water extract groups could significantly increased SOD activity (P<0.01), GSH-PX activity (P<0.05), and could decreased MDA content (P<0.01) from Stenolomachusanum (Linn.) Ching in Sinensia. Conclusion: The water extract had antioxidation effect invivo in rats from Stenolomachusanum (Linn.) Ching in Sinensia.
