目的：探讨免疫固定电泳（IFE）和免疫球蛋白对多发性骨髓瘤（MM）的诊断意义。方法对90例MM患者的血清进行IFE和免疫球蛋白检测。结果IFE结果显示其对应的免疫球蛋白结果均有不同程度的提高，而其他正常的多克隆免疫球蛋白受到抑制。结论免疫球蛋白定量可对MM患者进行初步筛查，IFE对检测单克隆免疫球蛋白（M蛋白）并对其分型有十分重要的意义。
목적：탐토면역고정전영（IFE）화면역구단백대다발성골수류（MM）적진단의의。방법대90례MM환자적혈청진행IFE화면역구단백검측。결과IFE결과현시기대응적면역구단백결과균유불동정도적제고，이기타정상적다극륭면역구단백수도억제。결론면역구단백정량가대MM환자진행초보사사，IFE대검측단극륭면역구단백（M단백）병대기분형유십분중요적의의。
Objective To explore the immune ifxed electrophoresis(IFE) and immunoglobulin(Ig) for multiple myeloma(MM) diagnosis meaning.Method We carried out the serum IFE and immunoglobulin detections for 90 MM patients in our hospital.Results The IFE results showed the corresponding amount of Ig increased,on the contrary the amount of other normal polyclonal immunoglobulin was restrained.Conclusion We could preliminarily screen the MM patients by means of Ig testing,and IFE is of importance in testing and typing monoclonal immunoglobulin(MIg).
