目的：增加小儿疑似肺结核的确诊依据。方法回顾分析3例经皮低剂量CT引导下肺穿刺诊断肺结核患儿的临床资料，对其临床、影像、肺穿刺组织病理学特点进行总结。结果3例患儿均有不同程度的发热、咳嗽、消瘦、乏力，PPD试验及痰涂片均阴性，临床疑似但不能明确诊断为肺结核，经皮低剂量CT引导下肺穿刺明确诊断为肺结核。结论临床上疑似肺结核，诊断困难时可以考虑经皮低剂量CT引导下肺穿刺，以明确诊断。
목적：증가소인의사폐결핵적학진의거。방법회고분석3례경피저제량CT인도하폐천자진단폐결핵환인적림상자료，대기림상、영상、폐천자조직병이학특점진행총결。결과3례환인균유불동정도적발열、해수、소수、핍력，PPD시험급담도편균음성，림상의사단불능명학진단위폐결핵，경피저제량CT인도하폐천자명학진단위폐결핵。결론림상상의사폐결핵，진단곤난시가이고필경피저제량CT인도하폐천자，이명학진단。
Objective To increase the diagnosis basis of children with suspected tuberculosis.Methods Retrospective analysis of 3 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosed by percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy.The clinical,imaging,and lung biopsy for histopathologic features are summarized.Results 3 patients had different degree of fever,cough,emaciation,and hypodynamia,PPD test and sputum smear negative,clinically suspected but not clearly diagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis,low doses of CT guided percutaneous lung puncture for the deifnitive diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Conclusion The diagnosis clinically suspected pulmonary tuberculosis is difficult,but the percutaneous lung puncture guided by low dose CT could try,to confirm the diagnosis.
