目的:研究树突状细胞亚群在人非小细胞肺癌癌组织、癌旁组织及正常肺组织中的分布差异,并探讨其临床意义。方法选择60名非小细胞肺癌患者,间接免疫荧光法检测非小细胞肺癌癌组织、癌旁组织及周围正常组织中的树突状细胞,激光共聚焦扫描显微镜观察树突状细胞亚群的数量、成熟状况。结果非小细胞肺癌组织及癌旁组织中髓样树突状细胞和浆细胞样树突状细胞数量较正常组织均明显增加(P<0.05),非小细胞肺癌组织中髓样树突状细胞和浆细胞样树突状细胞数量较癌旁组织增加(P<0.05),非小细胞肺癌组织中成熟髓样树突状细胞较癌旁组织及正常组织均减少(P<0.05)。结论肺癌组织中树突状细胞亚群数量分布异常及成熟髓样树突状细胞的减少可能与肺癌的免疫逃逸机制有关。

목적:연구수돌상세포아군재인비소세포폐암암조직、암방조직급정상폐조직중적분포차이,병탐토기림상의의。방법선택60명비소세포폐암환자,간접면역형광법검측비소세포폐암암조직、암방조직급주위정상조직중적수돌상세포,격광공취초소묘현미경관찰수돌상세포아군적수량、성숙상황。결과비소세포폐암조직급암방조직중수양수돌상세포화장세포양수돌상세포수량교정상조직균명현증가(P<0.05),비소세포폐암조직중수양수돌상세포화장세포양수돌상세포수량교암방조직증가(P<0.05),비소세포폐암조직중성숙수양수돌상세포교암방조직급정상조직균감소(P<0.05)。결론폐암조직중수돌상세포아군수량분포이상급성숙수양수돌상세포적감소가능여폐암적면역도일궤제유관。
Objective To investigate the distribute characteristic and clinical significance of den-dritic cells subsets in non small-cell lung cancer tissues ,adjacent tissues and normal tissues . Methods 60 patients with non small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) were selected to assay the comparative frequencies and activation states of mDC and pDC in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues using indirect immunofluores-cence and laser confocal scanning microscope . Results Among the NSCLC tissues and adjacent tissues the frequency and the absolute number of both mDC and pDC were significantly increased compared with normal controls (P<0 .05) . Among the NSCLC tissues the frequency and the absolute number of both mDC and pDC were significantly increased compared with adjacent tissues (P<0 .05) . The number of maturate mDC in NSCLC tissues were decreased compared with adjacent tissues and normal tissues (P<0 .05) . Conclusion The abnormal distribution of the number of Dendritic cell (DC) subsets and the decrease of maturate mDC in NSCLC tissues may be related to immune escape mechanism of lung cancer .
