目的:观察压低力对大鼠牙龈区血流的变化,探讨压低过程中牙周膜微循环的变化。方法对15只大鼠上颌第一前磨牙施加100g垂直向压入力,另一侧同名牙为对照组,1h后观察结果,采用显微电视记录仪直接观察牙龈区血流,利用计算机图像分析系统进行分析。结果100g力压低大鼠上颌第一前磨牙1h后,牙周膜微循环发生了明显改变,表现为牙龈基础和峰值血流量明显减少,毛细血管直径变细。结论100g压低力引起的即期反应为牙龈区血流受阻,牙周膜微循环的适应性改变,避免牙周膜受到过大负荷,减轻组织损伤。

목적:관찰압저력대대서아간구혈류적변화,탐토압저과정중아주막미순배적변화。방법대15지대서상합제일전마아시가100g수직향압입력,령일측동명아위대조조,1h후관찰결과,채용현미전시기록의직접관찰아간구혈류,이용계산궤도상분석계통진행분석。결과100g력압저대서상합제일전마아1h후,아주막미순배발생료명현개변,표현위아간기출화봉치혈류량명현감소,모세혈관직경변세。결론100g압저력인기적즉기반응위아간구혈류수조,아주막미순배적괄응성개변,피면아주막수도과대부하,감경조직손상。
Objective To observe the changes of gingival blood lfow induced by tooth intrusion,and investigate the microcirculation reaction of periodontal ligaments.Methods 15 rats with the maxillary ifrst premolar molar was applied 100g intrusion force for 1h,the other side of the same teeth as the control group.The microvascular blood lfow was observed and recorded through a microscopic television system and analyzed by speciifcally designed software.Results Periodontal ligament microcirculation signiifcantly changed after the maxillary ifrst premolar had been intruded for 1h.The diameter of the capillary turned small,and basic and peak value of gingival blood lfow decreased.Conclusion After the tooth intrusion with 100g force for 1h,the gingival blood lfow has been blocked. The microcirculation of periodontal ligaments changes to avoid overload on the periodontal ligament and decreased the injury of tissue.
