“三北”地区电网以煤电为主,且热电机组比重较大,而调节性能好的水电电源则严重缺乏。随着负荷峰谷差和风电并网容量的加大,冬季时水电机组的枯水期、热电机组的供暖期、风电机组的大发期以及风电的反调峰特性相互叠加,导致系统调峰非常困难、弃风现象时有发生。论文首先对煤电机组中的纯凝机组和热电机组分别建模,然后构建一种电负荷由全网机组平衡、热负荷由各热电厂就地平衡,且对风电弃风进行惩罚的节能调度模型,提出了一种根据优化结果计算电网最大风电消纳能力的方法,并分析了热负荷对电网风电消纳能力的影响。实例计算表明:本文调度模型能增加系统风电消纳能力,具有较好的节能效果,而且热负荷与电网风电消纳能力呈现负相关的特性。
