运用超高效液相色谱质谱联用仪(LC/MS)技术建立一种能同时检测水产品中磺胺类、喹诺酮类残留的技术,检测内容包括乙胺嘧啶、噁喹酸等25种抗生素。该法利用LC/MS具有高灵敏度,选择性强,定性、定量准确的特点,对水产品中磺胺类、喹诺酮类残留的进行快速检测。

A technology of simultaneous determination of quinolones and sulfonamides residues in aquatic products was established using ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS) to determine 25 kinds antibiotics of including pyrimethamine, oxolinic acid. This methodology could be used for rapid detection of quinolones and sulfonamides residues in aquatic products, as LC/MS technique is with accurate qualitative and quantitative, and has high sensitivity and selectivity.
