在后金融危机时代，各国越来越重视SIFIs的问题。在事前审慎方面，控制SIFIs的关联度和提高SIFIs的损失吸收能力是监管的核心手段，同时需要完善SIFIs的内部监督系统和以国内监管体系作为辅助手段；在危机处置方面，事前需要建立持续的恢复和清算计划与做出可处置性评估，以及健全SIFIs的市场退出制度。在经济全球化的背景之下，开展监管SIFIs的国际合作也是十分必要的。

In the post-crisis era ,countries attach more and more importance to the SIFIs .In the pre-prudence aspect ,controlling SIFIs’ degree of interconnectedness and improving their loss ab-sorption capacity are the core means of supervision and meanw hile ,it is necessary to perfect their internal supervision system and to use domestic regulation system as an auxiliary means .In the respect of dealing with criis ,it is imperative to make continuous recovery and clearance plans and resolvability assessments and to perfect market withdrawal system .Under the background of eco-nomic globalization ,it is also vital to develop international cooperation of SIFIs supervision .
