分别以叔丁基过氧化碳酸-2-乙基已酯(TBEC)与过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为交联剂,萜烯树脂为增黏剂,添加抗氧化剂与乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)混合,经熔融共混制备 EVA 胶膜。分析了扭矩、剥离强度、耐老化性能对胶膜的影响。结果表明:交联剂 TBEC 与增黏剂萜烯树脂协同使用,既能提高胶膜的交联程度,又能增大胶膜对玻璃的剥离强度;抗氧化剂KY-1010与辅助抗氧化剂DLTP共同使用时,EVA胶膜的抗氧化效果较好,此时胶膜的氧化诱导期最长并且黄度指数较小。

Crosslinkers tert-butylperoxy-2-ethylhexyl carbonate(TBEC)and dicumyl peroxide(DCP),and tackifier terpene resin were used one by one to improve the blending of EVA and anti-oxidants.EVA sheet was then made via HAAKE ban-bury mixer and hydraulic press. The torque of the banbury mixer,the peeling strength and the aging resistant properties were evaluated. Test results show that crosslinker TBEC and tackifier terpene resin used together can increase the degree of cross linking of the EVA sheet and its peeling strength against glass;and the aging resistant effect of the EVA sheet was enhanced while primary antioxidant KY-1010 was used with secondary antioxidant DLTP. Meanwhile ,the oxidation induction time(OIT)of the EVA sheet was prolonged and its yellow index got smaller.
