设计了5个规模相同厌氧发酵小试试验装置,进行为期8个月的最佳肥效试验研究。动态对比试验研究结果表明,藻浆厌氧发酵作为有机肥肥效最佳运行条件包括藻浆上浮比为100%、发酵温度为24℃、pH为7.0~8.0等。接种厌氧发酵藻泥对藻浆厌氧发酵肥效无显著性影响,但可大大加快藻浆厌氧发酵的速率。接种厌氧发酵藻泥量与藻浆量比为1∶10时,可将藻浆厌氧发酵时间缩短至7 d。在上述试验条件下,经过7 d的厌氧发酵,藻浆滤后液体中氨氮、有效磷质量浓度至少可达1028,186 mg/L。

To investigate the operation parameters of algae paste anaerobic fermentation with optimal fer-tilizer effectiveness,five laboratory-scale reactors were designed to treat algae paste.The results of the 8-month trial for optimal fertilizer effectiveness indicated that the optimal fertilizer effectiveness would be re-alized with the floating ratio of 100%,temperature of 24 ℃ and pH of 7.0-8.0.The inoculation fer-mentation algae sludge had significant effect on anaerobic fermentation speed,but not on fertilizer effec-tiveness.Under the condition that fermentation algae sludge was inoculated into reactor at inoculation fer-mentation algae sludge rate being 1 ∶10,the anaerobic fermentation duration was shortened to 7 d.Under these conditions,the NH4 -N and available phosphorus concentrations in algae liquid filtered from algae sludge were at least 1 028 mg/L and 186 mg/L when the anaerobic fermentation lasted 7 d.
