对林下参护育中选择的楸子树、色树、榆树下的土壤酶活性与土壤有效养分含量进行了测定和分析,并结合不同树种下林下参红皮病的发病指数进行多元线性回归分析。结果表明:色树下的土壤有效磷和速效钾含量最高;榆树下的碱解氮含量、过氧化物酶活性及酸性磷酸酶活性最高;楸子树下的有机质含量和蔗糖酶活性最高;相同树种树上、树下的土壤酶活性和养分含量均表现为树下>树上,并且差异显著;林下参红皮病的发病指数与土壤酶活性以及有效养分含量关系密切,拟合出最佳方程为 Y=-1.701+0.075 X1+4.849X3+0.033X5-0.005 X6-0.010X7-0.005 X8,R =0.978,与有机质含量(X1)、过氧化物酶活性(X3)以及酸性磷酸酶活性(X5)呈正相关,偏相关系数分别为0.927,0.902,0.934,而与碱解氮(X6)、有效磷(X7)以及速效钾含量(X8)呈负相关,偏相关系数分别为-0.897,-0.863,-0.942;色树下土壤更适合林下参护育,能够有效减轻红皮病的发生,红皮病发病指数最低。
對林下參護育中選擇的楸子樹、色樹、榆樹下的土壤酶活性與土壤有效養分含量進行瞭測定和分析,併結閤不同樹種下林下參紅皮病的髮病指數進行多元線性迴歸分析。結果錶明:色樹下的土壤有效燐和速效鉀含量最高;榆樹下的堿解氮含量、過氧化物酶活性及痠性燐痠酶活性最高;楸子樹下的有機質含量和蔗糖酶活性最高;相同樹種樹上、樹下的土壤酶活性和養分含量均錶現為樹下>樹上,併且差異顯著;林下參紅皮病的髮病指數與土壤酶活性以及有效養分含量關繫密切,擬閤齣最佳方程為 Y=-1.701+0.075 X1+4.849X3+0.033X5-0.005 X6-0.010X7-0.005 X8,R =0.978,與有機質含量(X1)、過氧化物酶活性(X3)以及痠性燐痠酶活性(X5)呈正相關,偏相關繫數分彆為0.927,0.902,0.934,而與堿解氮(X6)、有效燐(X7)以及速效鉀含量(X8)呈負相關,偏相關繫數分彆為-0.897,-0.863,-0.942;色樹下土壤更適閤林下參護育,能夠有效減輕紅皮病的髮生,紅皮病髮病指數最低。

Soil nutrient content and soil enzyme activity of three kinds of trees,Malus prunifolia,acer mono and elm,were detected and analyzed.Based on SHBI of woodsgrown ginseng red coating root dis-ease,multiple linear regression analysis was carried out.The results show that the content of soil avail-able phosphorus and available potassium under acer mono was the highest;available nitrogen content, peroxidase activity and phosphatase activity were the highest supreme under elm;organic matter content and sucrase activity were the highest under Malus prunifolia;soil enzyme and nutrient content under the same tree were higher than those on the tree,and the difference wad significant;there was positive corre-lation between SHBI of ginseng red coating root disease(Y)and organic content(X1),peroxidase activity (X3)and phosphatase activity(X5),and the coefficients of partial correlation were 0.927,0.902 and 0.934,respectively.There was negative correlation between SHBI of ginseng red coating root disease(Y) and available nitrogen(X6),phosphorus(X7)and potassium(X8),and the coefficients of partial correla-tion were -0.897,-0.863 and -0.942,respectively,the optimum fitting equation was Y =-1 .701 +0.075 X1 +4.849X3 +0.033X5 -0.005 X6 -0.010X7 -0.005 X8,R =0.978.The acer mono can re-duce SHBI of ginseng red coating root disease,therefore,it is more suitable for nursing woodsgrown gin-seng.
