应用石蜡切片和光学显微镜技术，对中生和盐生环境下生长的旱柳（Salix matsudana Koidz）演化结构进行了比较研究。结果发现：与中生环境相比，盐生环境下生长的旱柳，内部结构逐渐发生了改变。演化出大量的通气组织，角质层明显加厚，叶肉薄壁组织也出现了增厚现象，并且在旱柳的茎和叶肉中出现许多方晶和簇状晶体等，这些变化都是植物为了适应盐碱环境而发生的结构演化。
응용석사절편화광학현미경기술，대중생화염생배경하생장적한류（Salix matsudana Koidz）연화결구진행료비교연구。결과발현：여중생배경상비，염생배경하생장적한류，내부결구축점발생료개변。연화출대량적통기조직，각질층명현가후，협육박벽조직야출현료증후현상，병차재한류적경화협육중출현허다방정화족상정체등，저사변화도시식물위료괄응염감배경이발생적결구연화。
The evolved structure of Salix matsudana Koidz under different ecological habitats was studied using manual slicing and optical microscopy techniques.The results were as follows:compared with that of Salix matsudana Koidz under neutral habitat,the internal structure of Salix matsudana Koidz under salinity habitat was gradually changed.Many aerenchyma were formed,the stratum corneum and Meso-phyll parenchyma became thicker,however,many cubic crystal and cluster crystal were found,the emer-gence of these changes was ascribed to the structural development of plant in order to adapt to the salinity habitat.
