应用石蜡切片和光学显微镜技术,对中生和盐生环境下生长的旱柳(Salix matsudana Koidz)演化结构进行了比较研究。结果发现:与中生环境相比,盐生环境下生长的旱柳,内部结构逐渐发生了改变。演化出大量的通气组织,角质层明显加厚,叶肉薄壁组织也出现了增厚现象,并且在旱柳的茎和叶肉中出现许多方晶和簇状晶体等,这些变化都是植物为了适应盐碱环境而发生的结构演化。
應用石蠟切片和光學顯微鏡技術,對中生和鹽生環境下生長的旱柳(Salix matsudana Koidz)縯化結構進行瞭比較研究。結果髮現:與中生環境相比,鹽生環境下生長的旱柳,內部結構逐漸髮生瞭改變。縯化齣大量的通氣組織,角質層明顯加厚,葉肉薄壁組織也齣現瞭增厚現象,併且在旱柳的莖和葉肉中齣現許多方晶和簇狀晶體等,這些變化都是植物為瞭適應鹽堿環境而髮生的結構縯化。
응용석사절편화광학현미경기술,대중생화염생배경하생장적한류(Salix matsudana Koidz)연화결구진행료비교연구。결과발현:여중생배경상비,염생배경하생장적한류,내부결구축점발생료개변。연화출대량적통기조직,각질층명현가후,협육박벽조직야출현료증후현상,병차재한류적경화협육중출현허다방정화족상정체등,저사변화도시식물위료괄응염감배경이발생적결구연화。
The evolved structure of Salix matsudana Koidz under different ecological habitats was studied using manual slicing and optical microscopy techniques.The results were as follows:compared with that of Salix matsudana Koidz under neutral habitat,the internal structure of Salix matsudana Koidz under salinity habitat was gradually changed.Many aerenchyma were formed,the stratum corneum and Meso-phyll parenchyma became thicker,however,many cubic crystal and cluster crystal were found,the emer-gence of these changes was ascribed to the structural development of plant in order to adapt to the salinity habitat.
