针对工业中的洗衣标签提出了一款超高频的设计方案,运用仿真软件建立模型,分析标签性能,并制作实物进行测试,结果显示标签满足设计要求。考虑到工业洗衣可能给标签带来的弯折,洗衣标签在制作上采用了可靠性较高的工艺和封装,并分析和测试了标签的弯折性能。测试结果表明,洗衣标签能够很好地运用到实际环境中。
針對工業中的洗衣標籤提齣瞭一款超高頻的設計方案,運用倣真軟件建立模型,分析標籤性能,併製作實物進行測試,結果顯示標籤滿足設計要求。攷慮到工業洗衣可能給標籤帶來的彎摺,洗衣標籤在製作上採用瞭可靠性較高的工藝和封裝,併分析和測試瞭標籤的彎摺性能。測試結果錶明,洗衣標籤能夠很好地運用到實際環境中。

In this paper ,a U HF tag design is proposed for industry laundry ,simulation software is used to model the tag and analyze the perform-ance of the tag ,and some tag samples are produced to test the simulation .The results show that the tag has been designed to meet the requirements . And considering the industrial laundry environ-ment ,the tag may be bent by the machine ,so a high reliability technology of packaging is used in the tag production process .And also this paper has presented a bending test to analyze the perform-ance of the tag .T he test results show that the laundry tag could adapt to the real laundry envi-ronment .
