近年来,工作家庭冲突是组织行为学领域的研究重点。已有研究表明,这类因员工无法同时兼顾工作角色和家庭角色要求而产生的角色间的冲突和压力,会对员工的生活满意感造成负面影响。本研究认为适宜的个人应对策略能够调节这两者之间的关系,通过对某国有企业193名被试的问卷调查,得出以下结论:1)工作-家庭冲突和家庭-工作冲突对生活满意感都有显著的负面影响;2)员工家庭优先策略能够缓解工作-家庭冲突对生活满意感的负面影响,员工工作完美策略能够缓解家庭-工作冲突所带来的压力感。

A widely studied topic in organizational behavior is the conflict between work and family in recent years.Several studies show that the role expectations of these two domains are not always compatible,creating conflicts between work and family.These conflicts are related to outcomes such as life dissatisfaction.It’s suggested that the relationship between WFC and life satisfaction is moderated by strategies for cop-ing with WFC.With focuses on the moderate effect of individual coping strategy on relationship between work family conflict and life satisfac-tion,and based on a questionnaire survey of 193 samples,following conclusions are gotten:1)Both work-interfere-family conflict and family-interfere-work conflict have negative relationship with life satisfaction;2)Employee family priority coping strategy can moderate the negative relationship between work-interfere-family conflict and life satisfaction,with the negative relationship between work-interfere-family conflict and life satisfaction moderated by employee work perfect coping strategy.
