沙棘雌株叶产量与果枝数量、新梢数量、叶数量和百叶重量具有相关关系,可通过抽样调查果枝数、新梢密度、叶密度和百叶重4因子估算叶产量;以小样本抽样调查新梢密度和叶密度平均数估计叶总数,确定果枝和新梢平均长度是提高调查精度的关键环节;树冠不同方向和部位果枝新梢的百叶重差异明显,应选择半阴面中位或阴面上位果枝新梢,摘下全部叶称量百叶重。

The leaves yield of seabuckthorn female plants has a great relationship with the number of fruit branches, amount of new shoots and leaves, and weight of leaves. So leaf yield can be estimated by sample survey as following 4 factors, i.e. fruit branches, new shoots and leaf density, and weight of 100 leaves. The total number of leaves can be estimated by survey the average number of new shoots density and leaf density, the key steps in survey is to identify the fruit branches and new shoots length; the weight of 100 leaves are obviously different on different parties of canopy, so the new shoots or fruit branches should be chosen from semi-shadow and median location or shadow upper location. 100 leaves weight is test by picking up all leaves and divided by leaf number.
