在相同材料体系、工艺及温湿度因素条件下,对模具施加振动与不施加振动的两种不同状态下的真空灌注试验进行对比,分析振动作用对FRP真空灌注成型孔隙率及力学性能的影响。结果表明:振动条件下灌注时间缩短约24%,成型产品孔隙率下降约71.7%,拉伸强度提高约3.7%,拉伸模量提高约6.2%,压缩强度提高约12.8%,压缩模量提高约6.1%。

Under the same materials system, technology, temperature and humidity condition, a mould was applied vibration with certain frequency and the other wasn’t applied vibration, the vacuum infusion mold-ing experiments under two different conditions were compared. The effect of vibration on the porosity and mechanical properties of the molding product were analyzed. The results show that under the vibra-tion condition, the infusion time shortens about 24%, the porosity of the molding product decreases by 71.7%, and the tensile strength, tensile modulus, compressive strength and compressive modulus increase by 3.7%, 6.2%, 12.8%, and 6.1% respectively.
