为研究温度对牵引电机用电磁线绝缘特性的影响,基于IEC 60851-5标准设计了一套变频电机绝缘老化装置,研究了不同温度下电磁线的失效时间和击穿电压,并探讨了电磁线的介质损耗(tanδ)温度谱。基于方波脉冲条件下的局部放电测试系统,研究了温度对局部放电特性的影响。结果表明:随着温度的升高,绝缘寿命呈反幂函数衰减,击穿电压降低;介质损耗随着温度的升高而增大,在高温区出现小幅度的下降;随着温度的升高,局部放电次数升高,最大放电量逐渐减小。

To study the effect of temperature on the insulating properties of magnet wire for inverter-fed traction motor, based on a self-designed aging test device according to IEC 60851-5, the failure time and breakdown voltage of the magnet wire under different temperature were studied, and the temperature spec-trum of dielectric loss of the magnet wire was discussed. Based on a partial discharge test system, the effect of temperature on the partial discharge characteristic was investigated. The results show that with the increase of temperature, the insulation life decreases according to power function, the breakdown volt-age decreases. The dielectric loss increases with the increasing of temperature, but it decreases a little at high temperature. With the increase of temperature, the partial discharge number increase, and the maxi-mum partial discharge quantity decrease.
