采用变频电源研究了施加电压频率对硅橡胶中电树枝特性的影响。结果表明:在高频下(≥2 kHz)会出现藤枝状电树,其生长速度明显大于工频电压下出现的电树。一定电压下,随着电压频率的升高,硅橡胶中电树枝的起始时间减少,电树枝的累积击穿概率增大。

A variable-frequency power supply was employed to study the effect of power frequency on the characteristics of electrical tree in silicone rubber. The results show that a bine-branch electrical tree appears at high frequency (≥2 kHz), and its growth rate is greater than that of the other electrical trees at power frequency voltages. Under certain voltage, with the increase of power frequency, the initiation time of the electrical tree in silicone rubber decreases, and the cumulative breakdown probability increases.
