研究了不同内屏蔽层处理的发电机定子线棒的介电参量和不同试验电压下的局部放电量,分析了这些参量随不同内屏蔽层的变化关系。结果表明:经过内屏蔽层处理的线棒介质损耗增量、局部放电量和击穿电压都优于没经过内屏蔽层处理的线棒,全屏蔽处理的线棒介质损耗因数要低于局部屏蔽处理的线棒。全屏蔽处理的线棒中,不同结构线棒的介质损耗和局部放电量随电压的变化基本相同,但击穿电压差异较大。这些参量能有效表征发电机定子线棒的电性能状况,可为大型发电机定子线棒选择不同的内屏蔽均压层材料和结构设计提供参考。

The dielectric parameters and partial discharge value under different voltages of the generator stator bar with different internal anti-corona coating were studied, and the change of parameters with dif-ferent internal anti-corona coating was analyzed. The results show that the dielectric loss increment, par-tial discharge value and breakdown voltage of the bars with internal anti-corona coating are superior to that of the bars without internal anti-corona coating. The dielectric loss factor of the bars with fully shielded layer is lower than that of the bars with partial shielded layer. The change of dielectric loss and partial discharge value of the bars with fully shielded layer with voltages is basically the same, and the breakdown voltage has large difference. These parameters can effectively characterize the electrical proper-ties of the generator stator bar, which can provide reference to the selection of internal anti-corona coat-ing material and structure design for large generator stator bar.
