以初始体质量鲤稚鱼(10.12±0.08)g 和鲤幼鱼(116.89±0.13)g 为研究对象,利用分离纯化的大豆抗原蛋白 Glycinin 不同比例(0,3.0%,6.0%,9.0%,12.0%)添加在配合饲料中,以鱼粉为动物蛋白源,糊精、鱼油、玉米油等为能源、纤维素为填充物配制成5种等氮(鲤稚鱼40%,鲤幼鱼36%)、等能(鲤稚鱼16.9 MJ/kg,鲤幼鱼15.2 MJ/kg)的半精制配合饲料,进行为期8周的饲养试验。饲养试验结束后,采用 BS400全自动生化分析仪对血液主要生化指标进行测定。结果表明:大豆抗原蛋白 Glycinin 对鲤稚鱼血液中尿素氮、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶的含量影响不显著(P >0.05)。大豆抗原蛋白 Glycinin 对鲤幼鱼血液中血糖、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶的影响不显著(P >0.05),但血液中的尿素氮、胆固醇、甘油三酯的含量随着大豆抗原蛋白 Glycinin 添加量的增加呈下降趋势,添加量为12.0%组的尿素氮、胆固醇、甘油三酯的含量显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。

이초시체질량리치어(10.12±0.08)g 화리유어(116.89±0.13)g 위연구대상,이용분리순화적대두항원단백 Glycinin 불동비례(0,3.0%,6.0%,9.0%,12.0%)첨가재배합사료중,이어분위동물단백원,호정、어유、옥미유등위능원、섬유소위전충물배제성5충등담(리치어40%,리유어36%)、등능(리치어16.9 MJ/kg,리유어15.2 MJ/kg)적반정제배합사료,진행위기8주적사양시험。사양시험결속후,채용 BS400전자동생화분석의대혈액주요생화지표진행측정。결과표명:대두항원단백 Glycinin 대리치어혈액중뇨소담、담고순、감유삼지、혈당、총단백、백단백、구단백、곡초전안매、곡병전안매적함량영향불현저(P >0.05)。대두항원단백 Glycinin 대리유어혈액중혈당、총단백、백단백、구단백、곡초전안매、곡병전안매적영향불현저(P >0.05),단혈액중적뇨소담、담고순、감유삼지적함량수착대두항원단백 Glycinin 첨가량적증가정하강추세,첨가량위12.0%조적뇨소담、담고순、감유삼지적함량현저저우대조조(P <0.05)。
The trial was carried out on larval and juvenile common carp with the initial weight (10.12 ± 0.08)g and (116.89 ±0.13)g for eight weeks.Five semi-refined diets of isonitrogenous(larval common carp 40%;juvenile common carp 36%)and isocaloric(larval common carp 16.9 MJ/kg;juvenile com-mon carp 15.2 MJ/kg)were formulated with different ratios of purified soybean antigen Glycinin(0, 3.0%,6.0%,9.0%,12.0%)and fish meal as animal protein,dextrin,fish oil,corn oil as energy, cellulose as filler.The blood biochemical parameters were tested using the BS400 automatic biochemistry analyzer after the feeding trials.The results show that the soybean antigen Glycinin had no significant (P >0.05)influence on the concentration of urinary nitrogen,cholesterol,triglyeride,serum glucose, total protein,albumin,globin,glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and glutamic pyruvic transaminase of lar-val common carp.The soybean antigen glycinin had no significant (P >0.05)influence on the concen-tration of serum glucose,total protein,albumin,globin,glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and glutamic pyruvic transaminase of juvenile common carp;but with the increase of replacement ratio of glycinin,uri- <br> nary nitrogen,cholesterol,triglyeride in blood of juvenile carp showed a declining trend and it signifi-cantly decreased(P <0.05)in 12.0% groups of juvenile common carp.
