目的:研究山西不同产地及不同采收期各类沙棘叶中总黄酮的含量,为评价与开发利用沙棘叶资源提供依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定沙棘叶中的总黄酮含量。结果:5月-7月份沙棘叶中总黄酮含量相对较高;沁源和方山产区的沙棘叶中总黄酮含量较高。同时看到,普遍沙棘桔红果叶总黄酮含量高于橙黄果叶;沙棘雌株叶总黄酮含量高于雄株叶。结论:6月份沙棘叶中总黄酮含量最高,沁源和方山地区可能为山西沙棘叶的最佳产区。

목적:연구산서불동산지급불동채수기각류사극협중총황동적함량,위평개여개발이용사극협자원제공의거。방법:채용자외분광광도법측정사극협중적총황동함량。결과:5월-7월빈사극협중총황동함량상대교고;심원화방산산구적사극협중총황동함량교고。동시간도,보편사극길홍과협총황동함량고우등황과협;사극자주협총황동함량고우웅주협。결론:6월빈사극협중총황동함량최고,심원화방산지구가능위산서사극협적최가산구。
Objective:is to provide the basis for evaluation, developing and utilization of seabuckthorn leaves resources by the studying on the content of total flavonoids in various types of seabuckthorn leaves in different regions of Shanxi Province. Methods: using the UV spectrophotometry to determinate the total flavonoids in seabuckthorn leaves. Results:the higher content of total flavonoid in seabuck-thorn leaves are from May to July; the higher regions are Qinyuan and Fangshan. At the same time, it is found that the total flavonoids content of seabuckthorn leaves with the reddish orange fruit was high-er than the plants with orange-yellow fruit; the female plants was higher than the male plant generally. Conclusion:The content of total flavonoids of seabuckthorn leaves was the highest in June and Qinyu-an and Fangshan may be the Optimal regions for seabuckthorn leaf harvest in Shanxi Province.
