提用传输矩阵法研究了一维光子晶体的带隙结构。比较(AB)s(AB)t型和(AB)s(BA)t型的带隙,发现后者会出现共振模,且共振模与(AB )s (BA )t型的周期数有关。特别对含缺陷的(AB )s (C )m (BA )t型结构分析,发现缺陷层的位置、厚度变化,会影响缺陷模的幅度和位置,模的峰值会出现“此消彼长”现象。这些特性在光子晶体器件方面有重要的应用价值。

The photonic band gap structure of 1-D photonic crystal was studied by transfer matrix method .Compared the bandgap diagram of (AB)s(AB) t with the one of (AB)s(BA)t ,found that the latter will appear resonant modes whose properties is related to the number of period .Model of the (AB)s(C)m (BA )t is studied especially and investigations shown that the position 、the thinkness of the defect layer had significant effects on the magnitude and position of the defect mode.Moreover the old and the new mode show a phenomenon “as one falls ,another rises”.These characteristics have important application value in the aspect of photonic crystal devices.
