提基于生物组织热传导方程,探讨了强激光辐照生物组织的热传递规律,建立了三层皮肤组织模型,用有限元方法对脉冲激光作用于生物组织时产生的温升进行了数值模拟,给出了皮肤组织的二维瞬态温升云图,研究了激光脉宽、束腰半径等参数对生物组织径向、轴向温度的影响趋势。结果表明,激光束腰半径增大,皮肤组织的径向温升扩散区域及轴向温升深度增大,中心最高温度减小。激光脉宽减小,中心最高温度增大。激光辐照结束后,皮肤组织温升会持续一段时间,达到峰值后逐渐下降。
提基于生物組織熱傳導方程,探討瞭彊激光輻照生物組織的熱傳遞規律,建立瞭三層皮膚組織模型,用有限元方法對脈遲激光作用于生物組織時產生的溫升進行瞭數值模擬,給齣瞭皮膚組織的二維瞬態溫升雲圖,研究瞭激光脈寬、束腰半徑等參數對生物組織徑嚮、軸嚮溫度的影響趨勢。結果錶明,激光束腰半徑增大,皮膚組織的徑嚮溫升擴散區域及軸嚮溫升深度增大,中心最高溫度減小。激光脈寬減小,中心最高溫度增大。激光輻照結束後,皮膚組織溫升會持續一段時間,達到峰值後逐漸下降。

The rule of heat transfer that is irradiated by high power laser is discussed based on thermal conduction equations of biological tissue .The model of three layer skin tissue is built .The transient temperature distribution generated by pulse laser irradiation in biological tissue is numerical simulated using finite element method .Two -dimension transient temperature rise nephogram is come out .The temperature infection trend of radial and axis in biological tissue is studied because of changing pulse width and waist radius of laser .The results show that radial temperature rise area and axis temperature rise depth in biological tissue increase with increasing waist radius .And the highest temperature of center in biological tissue decrease .The highest temperature of center in biological tissue increased with decreasing pulse width of laser .When skin tissue canceled out laser irradiation ,the temperature rise in biological tissue should be able to last a long time .And the temperature will descend under reaching the peak .
