采用正交试验确定蛹虫草菌丝体多糖提取工艺中各因素的影响大小以提高多糖得率,结果表明,最佳提取工艺参数为:料液比1:30,浸提时间3h,浸提温度80℃,乙醇终浓度70%,该条件下多糖得率为3.16%。

In order to improve the extraction rate of polysaccharide,the influence of each factor in the extraction of polysaccharide from Cordyceps Militaris mycelium was measured by orthogona[ experiment. The results showed that optimal extraction process was as follows:solid-to- liquid ratio was 1:30,1ixiviation time was 3 h,temperature time was 80℃ ,and final ethanol concentration was 70% ,the best extract rate of polysa-ceharide under this condition was 3.16%.
