城市交通问题随着城市人口密度和小汽车保有量的增加而逐渐突显，解决城市交通问题已成为热门话题和难题。从经济学角度分析“小汽车尾号限行”来解决交通问题，在短期看是有效果的，但在长期看不能很好地解决城市交通问题。提出解决城市交通问题的建议和措施。
