用环氧树脂、耐辐射颜填料和自制胺固化剂制备出核电厂用耐辐射涂料,采用扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪对漆膜辐照前后进行了表征。结果显示,辐照试验对漆膜有一定程度的破坏,表现为Tg明显降低;颜填料影响漆膜的去污性能,片状填料如绢云母粉能增加漆膜的抗渗性和耐湿热性;颜基比和施工方式也对漆膜的防腐性能有较大影响。
用環氧樹脂、耐輻射顏填料和自製胺固化劑製備齣覈電廠用耐輻射塗料,採用掃描電子顯微鏡、差示掃描量熱儀對漆膜輻照前後進行瞭錶徵。結果顯示,輻照試驗對漆膜有一定程度的破壞,錶現為Tg明顯降低;顏填料影響漆膜的去汙性能,片狀填料如絹雲母粉能增加漆膜的抗滲性和耐濕熱性;顏基比和施工方式也對漆膜的防腐性能有較大影響。

A radiation resistant coating used for nuclear power plant was prepared by using epoxy resin, specific extenders and self-made amine curing agent. The film was characterized by SEM and DSC before and after irradiation. The results show that the irradiation had destructive effort to the film, Ts decreasing significantly. Also, pigment and extender affect the decontamination of the paint films, Lamellar extender such as sericite powder can increase the film permeability and moisture resistance; pigment/binder ratio and construction methods of has a great influence on coating anticorrosion performance.
