新型工业化进程发展道路对应用型人才的培养提出了更高的要求．在工科大学生工程实践能力满足不了企业用人需求从而造成就业难、招工难的大背景下，加强工科实践教学实效．培养具有较强动手能力和实践创新精神的应用型人才已经迫在眉睫。分析工科实践教学存在的主要问题，从实践教学师资、评价体系、全程化教学模式等多个方面进行探索。
