试验选用体重500±20kg、年龄3.5岁、装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的西门塔尔牛阉牛4头,采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,以混合精料和风干玉米秸秆为基础日粮,研究日粮中添加产酶益生素(0、10、20和30g-d-1)对西门塔尔牛能量平衡、氮平衡的影响。结果表明,日粮添加产酶益生素后,20g-d-1组消化能和代谢能显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),20和30g·d-1组沉积能显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);20和30g·d-1组尿氮排泄量显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),而沉积氮显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),试验结果证明,产酶益生素的适宜添加水平为20g·d-1。

Four Simmental steers(BW 500±20 kg, 3.5 years old) with permanent rumen cannula consuming corn straw diet were used in a 4 × 4 Latin square design and supplemented with four concentrations(0, 10, 20 and 30 g· d-1) of supplemental E-probiotics to evaluate the effects of different E-probiotics concentration on energy metabolism and nitrogen balance of steers. The results showed that, digestible energy, metabolizable energy in 20 g·d-1 group was higher than control group significantly(P〈0.05). Energy retention in 20 and 30 g· d i were higher than 10 g. d-1 group and control group significantly(P〈0.05). Urine nitrogen were lower in 20 and 30 g· d -1 group than control group significantly(P〈0.05), but retention nitrogen were higher than control group significantly(P〈0.05). These results indicated that the optimum dose of E-probiotics supplementation was 20 g· d-1.
