At present,most continuing education still emphasizes on new knowledge popularization,and how to improve the practice ability and innovation ability of in-service professionals is the important topic faced by continuing education for engineers.Combining with practice,explores the effective new models of vocational and continuing education,which plays a positive role in widening horizons,expanding ideas,improving practical application abilities and so on.
