探讨了新戊二醇(NPG)的用途以及最优化的合成路线,使用自制的钯/分子筛、镍/分子筛催化剂对甲基丙烯醛加氢以及羟基新戊醛(HPA)加氢反应进行了研究,实验表明,采用甲基丙烯醛为起始原料来生产新戊二醇,催化剂的单程寿命长、新戊二醇收率高,达到国内外同等研究水平。

Explored the optimal synthetic route and uses of neopentyl glycol,and studied the hydrogenation reaction of methacrolein and hydroxypivalaldehyde with self-made Pd/zeolite catalyst and nickel/zeolite catalyst respectively.The results showed that using methacrolein as starting material to produce neopentyl glycol,the catalyst had a long single-pass life,the yield of neopentyl glycol was high,and the results achieved the same research level at home and abroad.
