均匀设计是安排多因素多水平试验的良好方法,其回归分析结果可准确反映各试验参数对试验结果的影响程度。利用均匀设计制备得到了性能优良的石蜡微乳液。通过回归分析研究了氧化蜡用量、各种乳化剂用量对石蜡微乳液稳定性的影响,得到了回归方程,并通过实验证明石蜡微乳化回归模型对实验数据的预报是准确的。

Uniform design is a good method for multi-factor and multi-level experiments,and its recession analysis result could accurately reflect the influence degree of every test parameter on the test result.Stable wax microemulsion with good performance was prepared successfully by uniform design.The influences of oxidized wax quantity and emulsifier quantity on wax microemulsion stability were also studied by recession analysis,and a regression equation was obtained.Furthermore,verification experiments were carried out,the results showed that the predicted data got from regression model were closed to experimental data.
