利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术,建立了检测土壤样品中烟嘧磺隆残留量的分析方法。土壤样品用水和乙腈的混合溶液振荡提取,用UPLC—MS/MS测定。烟嘧磺隆在土壤中的平均回收率为83.1~106.2%,RSD为3.2~8.6%。该分析方法最低定量浓度为1.0μg/kg。该方法具有灵敏度高、操作简单、有机溶剂用量少等特点,可用于土壤样品中烟嘧磺隆的检测。

The analysis method of nicosulfuron in soil was established using UPLC-MS/MS. The soil sample were extracted by the mixture of water and acetonitrile then determined by UPLC-MS/ MS. The average recoveries rate and RSD of nicosulfuron in soil were 83.1~106.2% and 3.2~8.6% respectively. The LOQ of the analysis method was 1.0 less use of organic solvent so that reliable to analysis μg/kg. The method was sensitive, simple and nicosulfuron residues in soil.
