为减少鲜葡萄在贮藏过程中引起的腐烂变质损失,从葡萄采收期、贮藏温度、贮藏环境、保鲜剂应用以及气调贮藏5个方面,对目前常用的葡萄保鲜技术进行比较和分析,旨在为葡萄贮藏保鲜技术提供理论依据。
為減少鮮葡萄在貯藏過程中引起的腐爛變質損失,從葡萄採收期、貯藏溫度、貯藏環境、保鮮劑應用以及氣調貯藏5箇方麵,對目前常用的葡萄保鮮技術進行比較和分析,旨在為葡萄貯藏保鮮技術提供理論依據。

This article makes comparisons and analysis on the current preservation techniques of grapes in terms of harvesting period, storage temperature, storage environment, uses of antistaling agent and storage in controlled atmosphere in an effort to reduce losses caused by decay in grape storage process and to provide theoretical basis for grape storage techniques.
