对近年育成的30个春大豆新品种(系)的12个生物学性状进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明:聚类分析根据遗传距离可以将30个春大豆新品系划分为4个特性不同的类群,主成分分析选出了株高、全生育期、分枝数、荚数、粒重等综合性状因子对品种(系)进行了初步综合评价,为大豆育种提供有益信息。
對近年育成的30箇春大豆新品種(繫)的12箇生物學性狀進行主成分分析和聚類分析。結果錶明:聚類分析根據遺傳距離可以將30箇春大豆新品繫劃分為4箇特性不同的類群,主成分分析選齣瞭株高、全生育期、分枝數、莢數、粒重等綜閤性狀因子對品種(繫)進行瞭初步綜閤評價,為大豆育種提供有益信息。
대근년육성적30개춘대두신품충(계)적12개생물학성상진행주성분분석화취류분석。결과표명:취류분석근거유전거리가이장30개춘대두신품계화분위4개특성불동적류군,주성분분석선출료주고、전생육기、분지수、협수、립중등종합성상인자대품충(계)진행료초보종합평개,위대두육충제공유익신식。
A principal component analysis and cluster analysis were made of 12 biological characters of 30 spring soybean new strains bred in recent years.The results show that with cluster analysis based on genetic distance 30 spring soybean new strains could be divided into four groups of different characteristics.With principal component analysis some comprehensive character factors such as plant height,growth period,branch number,pod number and grain weight were selected and a preliminary comprehensive evaluation of the varieties(strains) was made to provide useful information for soybean breeding.
