随着纳米TiO2的大量生产和广泛应用,其将不可避免地进入环境和生命体中,对人类健康造成危害.由于纳米颗粒属于超细颗粒,更容易长期漂浮于空气,因此呼吸道是纳米颗粒进人人体的重要途径.系统总结纳米TiO2颗粒经呼吸道暴露的毒性研究现状,为综合评价纳米TiO2的呼吸毒性提供基础.

Large-scale production and ever-increasing application of the TiO2 nanoparticle has brought about a consequence., the unavoidable entry of TiO2 into the environment and life entities, which poses a big threat to human health. Nanoparticles are ultrafine particles, which makes them easier to float in the air for a long time. The respiratory tract was a major way through which the nanoparticle finds its way into the human body. A systematic review of the research status quo of TiO2 toxicity via the respiratory tract exposure can provide us a basis for comprehensive evaluation of respiratory toxicity of TiO2 nanoparticles.
