将2周龄健康雏鸡,滴鼻免疫新城疫活疫苗,同时肌肉注射新城疫灭活疫苗,随机分为2组,试验组饲料中添加中药复方制剂禽康素,对照组饲料中不添加任何药物,连续给药14d。免疫后7、14、21d,采用β-微量血凝抑制试验检测雏鸡抗体水平,测定鸡的ERFC形成率和EAC花环形成率,计算脾脏、胸腺、法氏囊三种免疫器官指数。试验结果显示,试验组鸡和对照组相比,雏鸡抗体水平、ERFC形成率和EAC花环形成率、三种免疫器官指数均有显著提高。

장2주령건강추계,적비면역신성역활역묘,동시기육주사신성역멸활역묘,수궤분위2조,시험조사료중첨가중약복방제제금강소,대조조사료중불첨가임하약물,련속급약14d。면역후7、14、21d,채용β-미량혈응억제시험검측추계항체수평,측정계적ERFC형성솔화EAC화배형성솔,계산비장、흉선、법씨낭삼충면역기관지수。시험결과현시,시험조계화대조조상비,추계항체수평、ERFC형성솔화EAC화배형성솔、삼충면역기관지수균유현저제고。
2-week healthy chicks were inoculated by intranasal with activated vaccine and injected with inactivated vaccine at the same time. The chicks were divided into 2 groups randomly, the feed for experimental group was added traditional Chinese medicine, while the feed for contrast group was not. The experimental group live on the feed with traditional Chinese medicine for successive 14 days. Using 13 -trace hemagglutination inhibition to test the antibody level in 5-week chicks after being immuned for 7 days, 14 days and 21 days. At the same time ERFC formation rate and EAC garland formation rate were tested, calculating the index of three immune organs: spleen, thymus and bursa of Fabrieius. The result shows the antibody level, ERFC formation rate, EAC garland formation rate, and the index of three immune organ spleen, thymus and bursa of Fabrieius are much higher in experimental group than in contrast group.
