以前期研究筛选的、能在各向日葵主产区应用的1株生防菌株枯草芽孢杆菌S-16为试材,在盆栽条件下,检测了其在土壤中及植物体内与繁殖能力,并测定了菌株S-16的5种菌液处理液对向日葵菌核病的抑制效果。结果表明:在接菌7 d后土壤中和植物体内的菌量均达到103cfu/g以上,并且在接菌28 d内稳定定殖并大量繁殖;5种菌液处理中代谢液处理的综合防效最高,防效达73.33%。菌株S-16具有良好的应用潜力。

Bacillus subtilis S-16 came from College of Agronomy, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, which had high antagonistic activity to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. The colonization of S-16 in soil and plants was detected with pot culture. The inhibitory effects of five types of S-16 liquid on S. sclerotiorum was studied. The results showed that the amount of S-16 in soil and plant was above 103 cfu/g 7 days after inoculation. It had multiplied in 28 days after inoculation. The control effect of metabolic liquid of S-16 on S. sclerotiorum was 73.33%.
