以黑木耳为原料,选择微波间断加热方式提取黑木耳中的多糖。利用单因素试验和正交设计对黑木耳多糖的提取条件进行了优化研究。最终确定最佳的提取工艺。结果表明,黑木耳多糖的最佳提取条件为:微波辐射时间为40 min,固液质量比为1∶110,筛孔尺寸为0.250 mm。时间因素对黑木耳多糖的提取率影响最为显著,固液质量比因素的影响最小。在最佳提取条件下,木耳多糖的提取率为15.25%,呈灰白色丝状。

Auricularia polysaccharide was extracted with the microwave-assisted extraction process. The condi- tions were studied on the extraction of polysaccharide from the auricularia with the single-factor and the orthog- onal design. The optimum conditions were obtained. The results showed that the optimum conditions of polysac- charide extraction was microwave radiation time 40 min, solid/liquid ratio 1 : 110, aperture size 0. 250 ram. The extraction yield of polysaccharide was 15.25% ;auricularia polysaccharide was gray and filamentous
