引用马克思主义哲学关于矛盾论的观点,将各类信访事件归类为外力驱动事件和内力驱动事件,并细致剖析了电力企业各类员工当前的状况以及维稳的隐患,从而提出并实践“四点”带“四面”疏导式维稳工作做法,实现信访工作零上访目标。

With the contradiction theory of Marxist philosophy, this essay divides different kinds of petition letters and visits into two categories driven by external force and internal force respectively. Besides, this essay analyzes both the current situation of each kind of employees in power enterprises and hidden stability hazards. In addition, it also presents a "four-point and four- aspect" channeling working way of maintaining stability to achieve the goal of zero petition letters and visits.
