通过阐述南宁市相思湖湿地公园的建设情况、管理体制以及开展生态环境监管实践的情况及存在问题,探讨在南宁市＂中国水城＂建设过程中生态环境监察工作的监管内容、监管方式及工作机制,为今后南宁市系统地开展＂中国水城＂水系、湖泊生态环境监察工作提供科学、可用的经验。

By means of introducing the construction of the wetland park, administration system, eco- environment monitoring practice and the existing problems, this paper has discussed the monitoring contents, method and working system so as to provide practical experience for the construction of ＂China Water City＂and lake eco-environment monitoring in Nanning.
